Overview

In accordance with the UK’s Consumer Rights Act 2015: Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date that you received your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Once you contact us and we approve your return, you have a further 14 days to return this to us, or your return will be void.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unless pre-used items were purchased) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which the items were shipped.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after your return request was accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will either process your refund or send you an email to notify you that we require more information or have a query regarding your return.

Where possible, your refund will be returned via your original payment method: Paypal, credit card, etc.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Any item showing in a sale or as reduced online, will only be refunded at the sale price, not the RRP or any price that has increased since your purchase. Should an item be reduced in price on our website after your purchase, we will not be able to price match that item.

Exchanges

If we are able to, we are happy to exchange your order for a like-for-like item, rather than offer a refund. Please contact us to discuss this before you return your items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your items were faulty or materially different than described. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you can prove delivery via a tracked service.
