Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return item(s) from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

Your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will need to pay to return the item(s), unless they are faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover the cost of the return. In this case, please inform us before returning the item(s) so that we can agree a returns method and cost.

It is advised that you return any item(s) to us via a tracked delivery method, as we cannot give you a refund if the item is lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After the item has been checked and accepted, we will refund you to the same payment method you used to process the order.

We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving your item, you should receive your refund on the same day of processing. However, we are not responsible for delays in the banking system outside of our control.

We are unable to refund your original delivery costs or the cost to return the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as described.
