Profit Share Initiative
The profit share initiative is a unique reclamation service for green minded contractors predominantly within the demolition, stripout & waste management sector. It is a simple process in which we visit your project to establish which materials can be reused, eliminating the need to send them to landfill and providing a true recycling service.
Predominantly these materials consist of glass office partitions, air conditioning, plant room equipment, facilities stock, suspended ceilings, comms room & I.T equipment, office furniture, catering equipment & pretty much anything else that looks like it could be reused - these can be reclaimed and resold for profit that is shared between us and our clients.
After agreeing the inventory, items are photographed & clearly labelled for the contractor to save, dismantle or prepare for collection. Once we have sold & collected the items for reuse we provide the contractor with a transfer of goods (waste transfer note) for their client, contractor portfolio, BREEAM & SKA assessments. We then return a predetermined share of the profits to you for taking part in the initiative.
Due to sometimes challenging site programs & varying logistical issues no project is ever the same on a demolition or refurbishment project. As such we welcome the challenges it provides us with, especially turning over short timescale projects sometimes less than a week long. All site visitors wear full PPE & hold a valid CSCS.
In our 1st year of trading in 2017 we have recovered over 150 tonnes of used materials from more than 45 sites/projects across London & Home Counties. We plan to expand & want to work with like minded businesses & contractors within any industry who would like to benefit from our services or simply network on reuse & recycling topics.
