Step 1: Send high res images of each floor/area of your carpet tiles to us via email or whatsapp

Step 2: If we require a site visit to assess suitability for reuse and logistics our team will let you know

Step 3: Carry out your carpet tile uplift segregating your offcuts and damaged tiles as you go and if required palletise and wrap your full size tiles ready for transport on 1200x1000mm pallets no more than 500 tiles per pallet

Step 4: We will provide free transport to collect your carpet tiles – full tiles only – at a preagreed date and time. A signed waste transfer note and certificate of reuse/transfer of goods form will be provided once the load has been quantified at our facility
